I have a complex about my long face and wide lower cheekbones, so I went to many consultations and
thought a lot about deciding on the final hospital. I even went to the hospital I decided on twice for consultations!
To be sure once more! Also, for myself, I have a typical ESTJ personality, so
I wasn't particularly nervous before the surgery, but
after meeting with the anesthesiologist before entering the operating room and hearing various things about deep breathing methods and anesthesia after surgery,
my heart was pounding and I couldn't think of anything else. I heard that.
Rather than feeling pain after the surgery or anything like that, the hardest thing for me was the nausea and vomiting after the surgery and waking up from the anesthesia!
I can't sleep, but it's not as easy as I'd like.
I was hospitalized for 3 days and 2 nights without a guardian, but I think I did well without any real discomfort.
When I got home, I tried to eat well and rest well.
In particular, after seeing other people say that they were experiencing various pains and discomforts due to their weakened
immune system due to not being able to eat after surgery, I
started with New Care, steamed egg and soy milk, and tried to eat it through a straw even though
it was tasteless. Eating is still not very comfortable
, but I mainly stick to soft foods except for tough foods. I cut it into small pieces and eat it.
I just grind meat and eat it, and I also make juice from fruit and eat it.
I was very stressed because the swelling didn't go away quickly.
Because the weather is hot, I haven't been able to go out for a walk properly, so I
stayed at home because I was worried that if I sweated, it would cause inflammation. The swelling seems to be going down slowly.
I hope the weather gets cooler after the typhoon passes today!
