It's been a little over a month and I'm satisfied! The length was reduced by about 0.4 cm. The width was not reduced, only the length was reduced. There is still swelling on both sides of the jaw, but the swelling is almost gone, and I smoked and drank occasionally after the stitches were removed. There's nothing wrong with being careful, but I think it's important not to get too stressed out!
