I finally had surgery!!! Existing chin implants were removed, chin tip was advanced, cheekbones were shaved, bone grafting was performed using bone from the cheekbones, noble surgery was performed, and even cortical osteotomy!! He said his face is very swollen and puffy now, but the surgery went very well!! Today is day 3!!
