On April 8, cheekbones, front chin, and side lines (commonly known as round cut) ) I had surgery! My face itself is small and skeletal like an idol's,
so the director designed it as pretty as possible to make my face look as slim as possible. Hehe,
I had faith in the safety of the surgery and the result because I had undergone surgery once . I'm satisfied with it
(I was a coward in 2019, so I only naturally had a slightly square jaw, but this year I got greedy and shaved off the square jaw a bit more).
At first, I couldn't tell the big difference, so I was upset and disappointed, but I guess the contour was also fighting swelling..! Still, I think I'm slowly seeing improvement haha.
The director said that it's a shame that it's a face that doesn't take pictures because it's a face where you can't see much of a difference if you take a picture, but it would be noticeable in person,
and I think that's true...?!
Is it because of my mood? ㅠㅠ Anyway, I have no regrets about the surgery and I think it was a good decision! I definitely feel like my facial lines have been sorted out.
Next month will be the second month, and there are no side effects. After the surgery, I was told that I suffered from phlegm and sinusitis.
The phlegm boiled up a bit, but it wasn't that bad, and it didn't bleed. My nerves are all normal, and my mouth opens very easily. ...
I was wondering if I had the right surgery haha. I used hot compresses really hard for a month and the swelling went down a lot.
At the end of the month, the doctor said that the swelling was going down nicely. Usually, the swelling in a month doesn't go down very well, but
it's managed well. He praised me for doing it.
I tried to omit it to avoid making the post too long, but this is a really good item, so I recommend it. Haha.

Please note that I have no connection with this company - - ; Haha, I cooked it on the stove for too long and it exploded, so I did it twice.
Oh, and I didn't know, but I heard that there are cases of witch's chin and double chin as a side effect after front chin surgery.
So, did you tie the muscles? He also did it. Does your chin feel a bit tight for some reason? I had a slight tingling sensation (it wasn't uncomfortable), so
it was nice that they took into account everything I hadn't thought of and included it in the surgery.
Oh, and the cheekbone surgery itself also includes cheekbone suction, so in the director's opinion, if cheekbone suction is necessary, liposuction is also possible. Please pay extra. It's an option included by default.
I did it all including haha, even the jaw line was made softer. The main reason for sagging after surgery is the removal of bone and lost fatty skin tissue, so
we suctioned it out and cleaned it up to prevent it in the first place.
Anyway, I am currently satisfied and I am praying that the swelling will go down further. I am looking forward to seeing it go down by the end of the first year!
Oh, and before the surgery, there were negative comments about ㅁㅇㄷㅇ, so I was a little worried and wondered if I had called it too soon.

no one explained the reason, and most of the comments were just non-comments asking people to tell me what they were all about.
Then, only one person said anonymously, and there were people who lacked the clown effect, and the director's style was firm, so the director said,
He told me that if I don't have style, I might regret it and that it will sag
. When I first heard about it, I was a little anxious and worried, but in fact,
I thought that these side effects were not a side effect, but rather a problem that came with the facial contour itself and a problem that could occur at any hospital. So I just thought the surgery went well and wanted to get rid of the swelling.
The reason I'm writing this story is because I'm writing this in case there are people like me who have set a date or had surgery and are trembling and worried and anxious. That's what
I did haha. If I had seen this post at the time, I would have felt bad. It must have been comfortable.
I was really satisfied with the surgery with the doctor and I think I would make the same choice again.
(I'll start speaking from here lol)
But there were also things I felt were lacking. First of all, since it is a popular hospital, it is very busy and the waiting line is long. Reservations are essential and difficult to make.
I wanted to make a reservation for 6 months in advance, but I had to go to work on weekdays, so I made a reservation for 5 months in advance and asked for a weekend reservation.
They asked me 3 times if I was okay, saying there might be a long wait because it was the weekend. It was a reservation for 5 months in the future, and it was not a consultation reservation, but a transition reservation,
so it was disappointing that there seemed to be a lack of consideration for existing customers.
On the 5th day, I had a lot of questions about the treatment progress, so I wanted to ask about this and that, but the nurse who treated me seemed busy, so
I couldn't ask her properly while observing the doctor's progress. It's been like this for a month.
You can see the doctor in a month after the surgery. This was a bit frustrating. From the perspective of the person who had the surgery,
I had so many questions about whether the surgery went well and whether I was managing it well and whether what I was going through was a natural process. There was no way to resolve this, so
I only looked at posts on communities and cafes and started thinking negatively. Maybe it's because he's so busy. Anyway, this part was a bit disappointing.
I wish the director had seen the progress at least for a week, if not while the stitches were being removed.
And after-care, 3 times lymph management + unlimited Healite treatment, but in reality, coming to the hospital to receive 15-20 minutes of Healite was burdensome and cumbersome, and I
only received 3 times lymph management, so I didn't feel that the after-care was that special at
other hospitals. It's not that special compared to the fact that these days, there are places that provide shampoo services and even provide toothbrushes and tongue cleaners,
but I wanted to take care of LDM every week.
Still, the lymphatic management teacher was kind and friendly, so I felt good every time I went. The lymphatic management effect was good, so the swelling went down.
Oh, and the manager in charge quit shortly after my surgery, so I was frustrated and couldn't ask the manager any questions
. It would have been better if he had connected me with another manager. But this is my case and that won't happen anymore.
There were some regrets, but I have no regrets because I chose the hospital considering the convenience of the location, the skill of the director, reliability, and stability.

45도랑 측면 사진이없어서 정면 옆광대만 볼수있는상황이지만
애초에 전사진에서도 옆광대가 거의 없는케이스여서 광대는 라인정리 정도만 생각해야하는케이스였네(45도사진이없어서 45도광대유무를모르겠어)
그치만 박리한후 1달된거라 3~6개월정도후에 체중증가만없다면 붓기빠지고 1~2미리 정도는광대라인이 옆으로 좀더 줄어들거야 !
사각턱도 기존에해서 정면 라인정리만 살짝된느낌인거같고(이또한 측면사진이없어서 귀밑각 옆라인은 판단불가 !)
제일잘된건 앞턱이네 비대칭 엄청심했는데 좌우 깔끔하게 딱 정리된거같다.
쓰니입장에서는 드라마틱한 변화보단 좀 전체적으로 라인정리느낌이라 속상할수있지만..
신경적인 부작용 없고 그럼 잘된거같아 붓기만 빠지면 지금보다 전체적으로 1~2미리는 더줄어들거니까 힘내구! ㅋㅋ

내가공부한바에 의하면 얼굴면적 지나치게 줄이려고 뒷광대 아치뼈를 무리하게 기존방식말고 변형된 방식으로 고정해버리면
무조건 문제가 생기더라구 (뼈가..부서진다거나..플레이트가부서진다거나..ㄷㄷ)
지나친욕심 지나친수술방법은 부작용오는거 예사도 많이알아보고한거니까 알거라고생각하고 ㅋㅋ..
분명 전체적으로 더줄어들거니까 파이팅하구!!

[@성예사지박령] 예사글 봤는데 예사도 얼굴형에 스트레스가 많구나 ㅠ 나도 비슷한 경우였어 눈 가로길이 못늘이고 넙대대해보이고 넓어서 스트레스,,,, 이런말하면 눈코를 화려하게 하라고하는데 이미 충분히 화려하다고 의사쌤도 눈코문제는 아니라고 하시더라고. 현재 수술후에는 앞 턱라인이 개선되면서 비대칭도 균형있게 바껴서 이전보다 덜 넙대대해보이는 '착시' 가 생겨서 그 전보다 만족스럽긴한데 소름끼칠정도로 드라마틱하게 변하진않어 ! 돌출광대가 아니라 나도 광대효과 미미할까봐 걱정많이 했는데 차이가 살짝 느껴지기도하고 붓기 빠지는거기다려보려고 !

그 하기전 갸름하다고 적으셧느데 자세히보면 정면사진은 뭉툭하고 굴곡진면이 있어요, 정면 사진 외에는 다 45도 각도라던지 옆모습이구요 물론 수술 후 무턱느낌이 생겼지만 굴곡이 없어지고 정리된건 맞아요 무턱 보형물을 넣으면 조을듯.. ㅁㅇㄷㅇ 잘한다고만알았는데 이런 경우도 잇군요

[@은하수미리내] 네 맞아요! 수술전에 뭉툭하고 넙대대한 부분이 확실히 있어서 수술결심한거였는데 비교적 옆모습이랑 45도는 인모드 슈링크로 많이 개선되어서 갸름해보인다는 말을 많이 들었었어요. 첨부한 사진도 남이 찍어준 사진에 비해서 갸름해 보이구요. 수술이 필요없을정도로 갸름했단 뜻이 절대 아니라 ㅋㅋㅋ 윤곽이 절실한 케이스에 비해서! 비교적 갸름해 보인다는 뜻이였어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 턱은 저두 턱이 긴편이아니라고 생각해서 수술후에 무턱처럼 보일까봐 걱정했었는데 병원 4군데 상담받았었는데 4분원장님 전부 무턱으로 보일 턱은 아니라고 하셨고 보형물추천 안하셨어요. 수술후인 현재 저도 전혀 그렇게 안느끼구요. 지금 그냥 딱 과하지않고 만족스러워요 저는 ~!

[@건동생] 수술하고나서 퇴원할때는 붓기가 엄청 심하지 않아서 모자쓰고 마스크 쓰면 별로 크게 티가 나지는 않았어요! 붓기는 집에 도착하고나서 부터 서서히 시작되고 3일차때 진짜 최고조로 ㅠㅠ 부어오릅니다 ㅠㅠㅠ 우울증 올 정도로 부어요 ㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 이게 맞나 싶고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ큐ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 3일 이후로는 놀랍게도 점점 빠지기 시작하고 일주일정도 되면 전체적으로 붓기가 있긴 하지만 일상생활은 어느정도 할만해요! 찜질 열심히 할수록 붓기는 쑥쑥 빠지니까 찜질 열심히 하시구 전 재택근무라 예외긴 한데 일주일 이후로는 출근 괜찮으실것같아욤. 비용은 사람마다 견적이 정말 다 달라서 상담 받아보시는게 젤 정확하구 대강적으로는 병원 홈페이지에 있는 가격 참고하시는게 좋아용

[@하이구요오] 노트에서 상담받을때 사각턱재수로 상담받은게 아니라 ㅠ 정확히 알려주기가 애매하네 나는 거의3종 수준으로 광대 턱포함옆선 그 머더라 핀리스어쩌고 (대충 돌려깎기) 로 상담받아서 잘 모루겠다ㅠㅠ 근데 내가 알기로는 수술비용은 병원마다 다 달라도 재수술 비용은 병원마다 비슷한거로 알고있어!

[@Jisoo02] 솔직히 사후관리가 엄청 큰 메리트가 있고 특별하다고는.....! 말 못하겠엉 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 고객도 너무 많아서 병원이 감당이 안돼는 느낌 예약잡기도 힘들어서 ㅠ 그래도 수술후 사후관리에 포함된 림프관리는 좋아 붓기 빼는데 큰 도움이 되더라 . 병원마다 시장경쟁에서 선두에 서기 위해서 요즘은 사후관리에도 많이 신경쓰는데 그런거 치고는 살짝 부족하게는 느껴져 ㅋㅋㅋ 나도 사후관리때문에 고민을 많이 하긴 했지만 그냥 원장님 믿고 해따!

[@이루네] 게시글상단 정보에 쓰여있긴 한데요 도움 안돼실거에요. 저 가격으로 보시면 안대구요, 사람마다 견적하고 수술방식이 달라서 비슷하지도 같지도 않아요. 전 돌려깎기 옆선 이중턱지흡 포함된거라 참고하셔봤자 예사님은 견적 완전 다르게 나올 수 있어요. 상담받아보시는게 젤 정확하구요 대략적으로 알고싶으시다면 어차피 정찰제라 변동 전혀 없으니 그냥 홈페이지에 나온 가격 그대로라고 생각하시면 됩니다.

[@바코드] 구렛나루 절개라 머리카락 자라니까 잘 보이지도 않고 신경도 안쓰이는 정도에용 신경 안쓰고 지내서 몰랐는데 지금 머리카락 해치구 보니까 아직은 붉게 흉터가 있어용 아직 3개월 조금 지난 정도라 갈길이 멉니다! 시간지나면서 차차 사라질것같아용

그래서 좀 불안해....안정성 최고라고 생각하는데 후기 다시 찾아보니까 확실히 원장님이 추구하신 데로 인형얼굴보다는 자연스러움이 크더라
