I had the surgery on the same day with no pressure and natural adhesion, and since I had my original double eyelids done, there was no scar and it was pretty and well positioned. Now, if I didn't tell them I had the surgery, they wouldn't know and I'm insensitive to the risks, so I just looked it up on an app and went right away, had a short consultation, and had the surgery right away.
