It's no exaggeration to say that I've been waiting for this day. I uploaded the pictures in the order of my eye timeline.
First of all, I had double eyelids, and I think it turned out not bad because I got 8 surgeries for my first double eyelid surgery. Because of my Mongolian folds, they recommended a lot of epiphyseal incisions, so I just got them slightly incisions
so that they wouldn't be noticeable, and I got my double eyelids buried. I was quite satisfied with my first double eyelid surgery! Everyone around me said it was fine, but as time went by, my front line went down and it became almost in-out? So my parents thought it would be okay if I just incision the upper eyelid, and when I went to the hospital, the hospital recommended an upper eyelid incision. So the hospital I consulted with was a friend of mine, so I just got the consultation and surgery on the same day. Haa...
The 4th picture is after the upper eyelid incision. Hehe The line is completely ruined and one side has come undone. Even if it's because time has passed, the real lines didn't match at all. I was really stressed out for 2 years, and when I did my eye makeup, it was so blurry that I really had a hard time. I was really upset ㅠㅠ My boyfriend said it was okay before I got my eye makeup done, but after I got my eye makeup done, my double eyelids actually loosened and the lines got messed up, and it was really weird, but he didn't show it. He said that because I was so upset (because we've been together for a long time, I've seen all the changes in my eyes ㅋㅋ) Anyway, the hospital said that my double eyelids were about to loosen ㅋㅋ.. Well, that means the line from the upper eyelid and my original double eyelid line don't match.. When I asked about a second surgery, they said I would have to get my double eyelids done again. Haha, I have to pay for it too..
But I live overseas, so I did it when I went to Korea once every few years, and when I'll go again... In the end, I recently had to go for a short time, so I sold my hands for almost a week, spent over 20 hours, and as soon as I got back to Korea, I had a consultation the next day and went back two days later. I got eyelid surgery.. I went to 4 consultations, but... all 4 places said the same thing, that the upper eyelid surgery didn't work and only a scar remained ㅋㅋㅋㅋ... It may have burst a little, but only a scar remained. It was really complicated to hear this story..
In the end, all 4 places recommended incisions and didn't recommend a trimester except for one place, so I went to the place I liked and I can't even tell you how anxious I was... Because I didn't have time, I should've just decided on the place I liked the most and done it on the day.. But it really turned out so well.. After I came back overseas, everyone who saw me, including my parents, said that it looked better than before.. Even I think it really turned out so well ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I already had a bit of a scar from my upper eyelid surgery,
so please ignore that.. Anyway, I really wanted to show you... I was so upset, but it worked!!!! The last picture was just taken a few days ago, and it's been exactly two months! There was almost no swelling from the beginning, so I was surprised and everyone around me was surprised ㅋㅋㅋ I hope everyone succeeds on their first try and gets eyelid surgery too!!
And ps. I'm really grateful to my eye doctor... I'm so grateful.. Since I live overseas and have to leave right away, other hospitals can't take review photos when they come to the hospital, so they said they would hold an event for me to upload more eye review photos, but this hospital said they would do it for me since I live overseas and just made it into an event... The price was also the cheapest! (Honestly, this is just a review that I'm writing because I'm so satisfied. This isn't an advertisement for the hospital.)
Thank you for reading the long post.
