 <수술당일><열흘 경과><5개월 경과><5 months later>I am a woman in my late 20s. However, I have been getting double eyelid surgery and double eyeliner for the past 12 years. As I did that, my eyelids peeled off as I got older and the skin became flaky and itchy.
So I thought I couldn’t do it anymore. However, when I actually had the surgery, I was so scared. I kept putting it off because of my fear, and I finally got it done when I got older. I was born with double eyelids. The photo before the surgery is of my eyes that were stretched out due to the long-term double eyelid surgery. Since they were stretched out, I couldn’t go around without getting them. As I kept getting them, my eyelids got thicker and the shape didn’t look good most of the time. Anyway, I had the surgery a week after my consultation in February. The doctor said that my eyelids are thin, so adhesion would be better than incision. He also said that it would be good to get eye correction. Although the photo right after the surgery is a bit cheesy, I am attaching it for a real review. The pain right after the surgery isn't that bad, but it's still throbbing. If you take the prescribed medication regularly, the pain will go away quickly. And if you listen carefully to the instructions about applying ice and hot compresses, the swelling will go down quite quickly. But this varies from person to person, so it took a while for me to lose it. It went down completely after more than 3 months. As of November, when I'm writing this review, the swelling has completely settled in, so there are no stitches, no foreign body sensations, and the shape is very pretty. When I open my eyes, I don't feel any discomfort or have difficulty opening them. I'm glad that the surgery went well, contrary to my worries. So, I'll end my review here.
