It seems like just yesterday that I was experiencing anxiety, but it's already been two and a half months...
I'll try to organize my review.
Hospital review
- I went here because of my under-eye bags. Of course, I liked the reviews on double eyelid surgery, but I mainly looked for the surgery because there are more diverse surgical methods for under-eye bags and the possibility of recurrence. The director was calm and kind, but also confident, which was nice.
- She had been working at other hospitals and had just opened her own clinic, so there weren't many reviews, but I still liked the consultation so much...ㅠㅠ I hesitated for a long time and decided to come here... I think I made a good choice.
- When receiving a consultation, large hospitals make you wait a hundred days, but did I get there right away? Or did I wait for about 5 minutes? It's been a few months so I don't remember well, but I went in quickly
- Both the manager and the director were kind... Especially, the director held the line for a really long time during the consultation. I thought I was going into surgery today, but he held it for even longer on the day of the surgery ㅠㅋㅋㅋ It seems like he's the type to really look at the patient's face when checking the progress
. - Unlimited swelling laser for 2 years (I live far so I just go for a walk)
- They informed me in advance about pigmentation and tingling after eyelid surgery (they said it could tingle for a few months as the tissue hardens)... I thought it was obvious, but after looking at reviews, it seemed like there are many places that are not friendly with guidance.
- Other places recommended epicanthoplasty/eye correction/fat grafting, but they were all surgeries that I really hated and didn't want to do unless absolutely necessary (they didn't seem necessary to me either...) The director here? Doesn't seem to need to? I'm the type that actually
discourages me from getting the surgery
(I also got fat removal done)
- I have protruding eyes + long horizontal eyes, but at the same time, I have a lot of eyelid fat + the distance between my eyebrows and eyes is close, so I worried a lot until the day before the surgery because I was worried that my impression would be strong... Conclusion: Satisfied - I had the above concerns and because I was told that there was a risk of double eyelids due to my double eyelids, I got the double eyelids as conservatively as possible, and because I have a single eye, they intentionally made the line a little different
- I have nothing more to say... I'm just satisfied... I'm not good at taking pictures because I have clumsy hands, but I like it in person. The owner of the cafe I frequent always tells me not to go around saying that I got the surgery hehe
- They say that double eyelids become more natural over time, but honestly, after about a month and a half, I already liked it so I don't care
- (tmi) I was nervous because they said that getting the anesthesia for double eyelids would be unpleasant because they had to wake me up in the middle, but I was fine... I woke up in the middle and was fine again...
Under-eye area review
- They said that bloody tears could flow for about a week, but it really only lasted for about a week. It only flowed two or three times, and the rest How much does it collect under your eyes? Everyone, please make sure to have saline solution and sterile cotton swabs...
- It took about 2 weeks for the swelling and bruising to completely go down. I don't know how much of the swelling was from my double eyelids and how much was from my under-eye area, but it was so swollen that it lasted about a week like an avatar... But it seems like many people last longer than that.
- Even though it wasn't that bad (it was bad for my age... everyone told me that I should get my under-eye area done), I was super satisfied ㅠㅠ
- I got some pigmentation, but I was already told to, so it's okay, and most of all, I'm happy that I can cover it up with makeup... Dark circles that are caused by protruding fat don't really work because of the gap, but now I can just apply sunscreen and smudge them with dark circle cream.
- No comments from people around me, but I can feel my face brightening up. It's not dramatic, but I'm very satisfied.
- No problem with my aegyo-sal (it was just a little bit to begin with)
- No problem with my eyes (when I had swelling, my eyes looked small because of it, but that's my personal opinion) I think eye deformation is something that can easily occur when you get fat grafting.)
That's it
