I made up my mind to repeat the surgery and went to hospitals for almost a month and worked hard to get it done, and since it was a repeat surgery... (cost + time + worrying about what if it fails again...) I thought about it carefully and got the repeat surgery.
The reason I got it here is because, in my opinion, there was the least amount of overtreatment. I already had incision double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty for the first time, but there was a hospital that told me to get double eyelid surgery again (really, visit a lot of hospitals...ㅋㅋ That way, you'll have an eye for choosing a hospital) and
the director here didn't say anything like that. He said, "Should I just get the line out with the incision?" and that the double eyelid surgery wasn't done properly, so let's just fix that
." And the price was more reasonable than I thought, so I liked it (I didn't write the cost here because I wasn't sure if I could write it down;; If you're curious, leave a comment and I'll tell you).
The reason I was going to get the repeat surgery was because I got double eyelid surgery about 5 years ago, but the line on my right eyelid has slowly loosened since 2 years ago
. If you look at the picture before I repeated the surgery, my double eyelid on my right eyelid has loosened especially more, right? Even though I got it done with an incision, it undid.. And even though I had double eyelid surgery and eye correction, the line was buried inside because I had a lot of eyelid flesh. So when I told people around me that I got double eyelid surgery, most of them reacted with a "Huh?" and I
was stressed out because I looked like I had double eyelids in pictures. I thought I really wasted money so I was furious(?).
After the second surgery, the line has definitely gotten higher and now I can see my double eyelids!!! Yayㅎㅎ This picture was taken about a month after I got it done, but doesn't it look like it's been a few months since I got it? No, ㅈㅅ.. Since the swelling has gone down to some extent, I thought it looked pretty natural, so I just uploaded a picture~~
Even though I had a second surgery with the same incision, thanks to the director's good work, the swelling was less than the first time.
I didn't even drink the common pumpkin juice to reduce the swelling, because I tried it the first time, but it didn't work at all anyway..ㅠㅠㅠ I just put on sunglasses and went for a walk. I thought that would help with blood circulation, and honestly,
I was bored..ㅋㅋㅋ And since it was a second surgery, you might be curious about the pain, but it didn't hurt that much.. I don't think it hurt that much even after the anesthesia wore off. I don't know if it was tingly, my eyes just felt a little heavy? That's about it.. It wasn't terribly uncomfortable, but I have a naturally indifferent personality? So it can happen, so just bear with it. Normally, everything is easy!
I just want to blink my head, but I can't right after the surgery, so I think that was the only inconvenience! So many people get their eyes wrapped at beauty salons, but my mom wrapped them for me haha (I sound like an unfilial daughter,,) And of course, I was careful when I slept for 1-2 weeks after the surgery because I was worried that it might get pressed while I was sleeping.. I just wore sunglasses and did everything I could in my daily life
except for these two things. I think it's safe to say that I'm satisfied with it. I hope that even ordinary people think carefully and do a lot of research so that they don't have to go through another surgery like me.. I hope that you'll be successful from the first time.. If you have any further questions, please leave a comment. As I'm writing, I don't know what else to write haha
