Since most hospitals talk about clefts, it was my first time having eye surgery, so I naturally thought my eyes needed clefts, but at the hospital I last went to for consultation, my eyes were already long in width, so they didn't need to get clefts. He said it would work, so my faith was greatly boosted. When looking at hospitals while reading reviews, everyone told me to be wary of hospitals that over-treat, so I wondered if there really were such hospitals, but I think it hit me at that moment.
The director of this hospital also held the line many times. Perhaps because it is a private hospital, the care conditions for AS, swelling management, progress, etc. seemed to be better than other hospitals, so I made an appointment right after the consultation, and I had surgery two days later!
Since I tend to have a bit of fat around my eyelids, I told them I would also have the fat removed, and since my skin is a bit thick, I had the surgery done through incisions! In fact, I was worried a lot before the surgery because I thought the swelling would be severe from the incision to the fat removal..? Originally, I only had a part-time job, but when I started looking into double eyelid surgery, I thought I would have to quit even that and be stuck at home for about two weeks, but the day after I had eye surgery, I was so surprised to see that there was no swelling, which I was worried about. Haha, I also bought anti-swelling tea, and there wasn't any. I didn't take it, so I diligently received laser treatment at the hospital, and at home, they gave me cold and warm compresses... After removing the stitches, I went for a walk every night, and the swelling went down. When I went to see the doctor, I was even praised by the doctor who said he did a good job managing the swelling
. They said I need to watch for a few more months, so I plan to visit again within 6 months and see the director! Haha, I feel good because even my friends who at first tried to stop me from asking why I had to do double-wielding told me that it was much better after surgery ^_^b
