I think the tissue inside has completely recovered so the tingling sensation is gone.
The bulges under my eyes really don't go away even if you take a picture with an app, and the dullness doesn't go away perfectly even if you use concealer,
but now my bare face isn't dull either, which is the best, and I don't even use concealer these days
. When I looked it up, it seems like some people get eye pressure?? if it's strong, it comes back, so I really hope it doesn't come back.
Under-eye wrinkles don't matter how old you are... for those who do, it seems like surgery is the only answer.
