I'm planning to re-operate because of a scar, but each hospital says it's different. I don't know if the problem is the skin covering the top or the deep fixation. I had the surgery 10 years ago and I'm a man. Can anyone tell me if the fixation is deep or if it's a step caused by the remaining skin?
