hello! It has been one month since I received incision eye correction and upper epicanthoplasty from Dr. Shin.
The photos above are before surgery, immediately after surgery, 2 hours after returning home on the day of surgery, and currently at 1 month.
Please note that all photos above are left and right reversed.
It's only been a month and the swelling hasn't gone down yet, so I think I'll have to wait and see until it settles down.
Once the swelling goes down, I expect my eyes to look the same as they did right after surgery!
Until then, I am managing it very diligently.
Until the third day after the surgery, I was very careful and continued to disinfect and maintain the patient with medication I received from the pharmacy. I continued to visit the hospital to take care of the scabs, and had the stitches removed a week later.
I continued to use ice packs until the 2nd week after the surgery. They said that walking a lot would help reduce swelling, so from the 3rd day after the surgery, I walked slowly for 1 hour and rested for 2 hours about 4 to 5 times every day. Thanks to you, I got to see a lot of Seoul haha.
