semi-out, and I thought it would be like that when I had surgery, but since the swelling went down, it was just in-line. If you want a semi-out, it's just inline. They said I should do it, but I guess it's because of natural adhesion... I'm not sure, but people around me say it's natural. I like flashy things, so it's a shame, but my friends say it's the best among the kids with double arms.
