 My eyes were not originally small, but I felt like the back was blocked and raised, so I decided to have posterior epicanthoplasty surgery. First of all, posterior epicanthoplasty is of course important due to the scar, but whether it sticks or not is also important. Looking at the reviews of the surgery, Kirin Plastic Surgery has a different surgical method than other hospitals. I decided right away because I liked the fact that it wasn't glued together. I heard that the director only handles posterior infrastomy, and it must be difficult because there are so many surgeries, but he was pleasant and friendly from the beginning of the consultation, and I was very grateful to him for relieving my nerves during the pre-surgery consultation. And it was nice that the nurses and the director were all very kind and took care of me whenever I asked about pre-surgery consultations or post-surgery questions in the recovery room. I think the surgery took about an hour to an hour and a half, and I was surprised that I felt dizzy and my eyes looked blurry after the surgery, but they informed me of everything before the surgery. I got used to it right away because it was something they gave me. But the surgery didn't hurt as much as I had worried, and it was just uncomfortable. It was really surprising. I came home fine from the hospital and suffered from anesthesia on an empty stomach, but it got better after I ate and lay down! If you're feeling nauseous and upset like me, I think you'll feel better if you eat some porridge right away!! I'm still not sure about the swelling because it's only day 1, but I think I'll really like it when the swelling goes down, so I'm holding on to the pain with that thought. I have conjunctival edema, but since I apply ice packs frequently, the swelling seems to be less, and my eyes feel more comfortable after using the compress. Oh, and the hospital. I think it was nice that they provided meds, eye ointment, gauze, ice packs, etc. at no additional cost haha. I'll come back in my next review.
