Reoperation, only partial incision, one hour after

Six months ago, the burial lobe became too small, so I had another surgery (Anyang) again. But I'm worried...I'm afraid it'll become too small like before...ㅠ.ㅠ I don't like the eyes that are too big, but,,,,,, I'm too lazy to do the natural thing... The picture is an hour after the surgery ...
