7 years ago, an acquaintance of mine had buried double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty at a hospital. The reason they did buried double eyelid surgery instead of making an incision was because my eyelids were completely devoid of inner eyelids, so I was worried that if I suddenly made an incision, I would end up with caterpillar eyes!
In my case, after about 3 years, I noticed that my puffy eyes in the morning were starting to soften and resolve.
Finally, 2 years ago, out of anxiety, I had another incision at another hospital, and although there are inevitably scars, no one will know that I had surgery if they don't stare at my closed eyes and don't tell me!!
Well, it may have been natural by burying it and making incisions, but these days, all dual wielders are average hitters, so I recommend that for many warriors like me who don't pay twice and live on their eyelids, just make sure to make incisions!
