Giraffe 7mm slit 2nd week review^^
I had surgery by Dr. Song, and time really didn't pass for 8 days... I
finally got all the stitches out and am still recovering, and the conjunctival swelling is going down pretty quickly after the stitches were removed!
It really hurts a lot when the stitches are taken out, so I was really scared, but the first time they were pulled out underneath didn't hurt at all, and the second time they were pulled out at the end really hurt. It's a lot less painful than the surgery, but it stings and it feels like ugh? The edema is still there and my double eyelids are currently closed due to the
swelling
. It's a double pair ㅠㅠ The recovery took longer than I thought, so if you're planning on getting a cannula, it's better to think about a month or so recovery period. There's still some
swelling, and it's going to take a while for the aegyo skin to come back!
Sometimes, my eyes get itchy at night as if they are trying to get better, so I gently wipe them with a sterile cotton swab and apply eye ointment diligently. It
doesn't itch during the day, which is fine, but it only happens at night!
I have to be very careful when washing my face because I can never rub it or touch it too hard. Still, plastic surgery is the most fun~~haha. I
want all the swelling in my eyes to go down and put on pretty makeup.
My eyes definitely look refreshed and opened when I look at them before and after. I'm
very satisfied.
