I just spent my time eating low-calorie foods like diet lunch boxes. I've been avoiding stimulating and spicy foods as much as possible to avoid affecting the swelling.
I have severe swelling compared to other people, so I thought it would take at least two months for the swelling to go down, but now that my lines look like this, I feel
relieved, fortunate, and excited.
I'm satisfied because I think I've caught it well.
