To start with the conclusion, since it is a surgery that deals with scars, it does not completely disappear like photoshopped. (As those in the know know) My expectations were too low in the first place, so I am very satisfied with this level. I think I've become a little fat now. Time will pass, but I'm going to do it in the same place next time I have surgery.
