It's been about 10 days since my lower back surgery.
There was a lot of swelling from the first day, but the swelling was at its peak on the 2nd to 3rd day. I can't see properly, my eyes are dripping, and I'm uncomfortable due to conjunctival edema. But now, on the 10th day, I guess the recovery is faster than I thought, and the swelling has gone down a lot, and the conjunctival edema that I was worried about has gone down a lot, although people around me said it would last for more than a month. I think it was worth it to keep adding artificial tears, applying ice packs, and working hard to manage the swelling. (Importance of compresses)
Now, I hope that only the scars will soften a bit and the red areas will subside quickly~~ People around me have already said that something has changed in their feelings, and so have I. I can feel it while taking selfies, but compared to the pain I felt, my satisfaction is good.
