Yes, I think it's normal for bruises to hurt more! Because of the bruises, I didn't use heat compresses for a week, and before that, I used cold compresses. Immediately after surgery, it hurt when I touched or frowned, so I bought Angelica oxalic acid (medicine for bruises and bruises) at the pharmacy and took it! Do not take it for more than 2 weeks and ask your local hospital if you are unsure.
