Under eye fat repositioning + fat transplant 2 weeks later (comfortably breast body)
Surgery on 12/30 (Fri).
I didn't have a lot of fat pockets and I was more worried about sagging, so I even did fat grafting. Postoperative swelling was mostly due to fat grafting. From the 1st to the 5th, it was swollen and made me feel like a really mean and greedy sexist. She at least wears a mask and stays away, putting on a hat to get rid of her swelling and just walking around her neighborhood. It might be okay if you never take off your mask all day and just work, but social life is absolutely impossible
.
It is said that you can receive as much swelling laser as you want. But I don't know about the dramatic effect... I can see the
swelling going down every day for up to a week after the surgery.
Fortunately, I didn't have too many bruises. Swelling was the biggest problem.
On 1/6 (Fri), I suddenly went to a funeral, so I met my acquaintances, but I couldn't take off the mask.
I had a meal on 1/8 (Sun), so I had no choice but to take off my mask, and people said my face was swollen
. I didn't know much until I told you. Originally, it popped out as a whole, but as the swelling decreased, a little bit of aegyo skin appeared right below the eye.
As of today (1/14), if you look closely, you can still see lumps of fat under your eyes. You can feel it when you touch it with your hands. Waiting for complete engraftment...
If the swelling went down every day until the 1st week, it feels like the swelling goes down very slowly from the 2nd week. I couldn't even wash my face properly until the 1st week.. I realized that washing my face is a stronger action than I thought. They told me not to lower my head, and when I did, I felt the pressure. From the middle of the 2nd week, I still wash my face (the swelling under the eyes is less) and even if I do the act of bending down, it is not as uncomfortable as before. Normally, when drying, I hang my head down to dry it, but I'm still scared, so I'm just standing there to dry it... This is also a little uncomfortable.
Originally, swelling gets worse when you don't sleep well, are tired, don't move too much, or eat salty food, so it seems important to keep these basic rules. Eating well, sleeping well, walking (not excessive exercise) and stretching for 1-2 weeks after surgery seems to be a good idea!
The hospital says it's a simple surgery, but there are too many uncomfortable things than I thought.
I recommend doing it when you have as much time as possible and are comfortable with your body and mind.
It's the same.. During engraftment, the sagging looks more prominent because of the fat mass.. That's why I booked Ulthera in March haha
I'll know after more time, but I did it with autologous fat transplant because I was resistant to fillers, but it seems too cost-effective + convenient. I'll use it again after a month..
