I think the swelling will go down a bit more. Some people fell out in two weeks, and some took longer. It also depends on the characteristics of the body, so don't worry too much and take a walk often to watch it! In 3 weeks, it seems difficult to see that it is still completely gone! The incision takes about a year, so no matter how buried it is, I think it will have to be watched for more than a month or two!
