I had it done at Apgujeong K and it's a revision surgery.
I'm bored so I'm writing a review ㅋㅋ
- Before
the double eyelid surgery
, I had double cup eyes and a double inner corner, and they looked a bit thick?? Everyone advised me against getting the surgery. They said that the look like Kim Go-eun would disappear and that it didn't look like my eyes would do well with surgery.
My eyelids were thick
- Reason for the surgery
I had double eyelid surgery with partial incision before.
I asked them to make it lighter, but at the time, eyelid surgery wasn't popular, so I was afraid and asked them to just prevent overcorrection since it wouldn't be too much correction.
At first, my eyes got bigger and it felt awkward, so I thought I had the surgery for nothing. But I just had to live with it. (I have a rather indifferent personality.)
But after about 2-3 months, it looked better and better to me.
No one could tell what had changed, but when I look at old pictures, I can definitely feel it.
Anyway, I lived like that and the fat in the center of my eyelids got older and sagged, and my eyes weren't a smooth, round line, but rather angular
and drooped . Since the back was originally blocked, I wanted to improve the stuffy impression, so
I went to several consultations and kept holding my own eyes at home for about a week before deciding to just do it at K.
(Before I did it (I'm really worried about ㅍㄹㅁㅇ)
What I want to say here is that honestly, even if it's a bit sausage for a year, if
you make the line natural, people with double eyelids get 100% greedy when their lines get smaller later.
Of course, that's why they improve the line more during the second surgery, so usually the second surgery makes the eyes bigger and better.
The reason for choosing the hospital
is that I went to this hospital and that hospital for consultations, and when I had each procedure on my eyes, they made sure to make the line,
but I thought it would be better to do a complete incision for the lower eyelid surgery, which is called a double eyelid surgery, and this was the place that recommended it
. The reason I was worried at first was because the doctor I went to wasn't famous.
I didn't originally want to get it from this person, but I made a consultation with another doctor, but when the director said it was a second surgery and told me my various requests, he connected me with Director Oh Seung
-hyun . But during the consultation, he looked at the line very carefully and was very keen on my eyes (I've been to about ten consultations...).
So I searched for Barbitok and Seongye-sa, but there were no reviews on Seongye-sa, and Barbitok's line My standards were a bit so-so,
but after thinking about it, I was somehow drawn to it, and
two days before the scheduled surgery here, I was thinking about whether to just get the reoperation or
not (I don't have that bad eyes, so I thought I could just live without it and it would be a waste of money..)
Before the
surgery, the surgeon really meticulously decided on the design.
I only had a 30-minute consultation in the consultation room
, but when I went into the operating room, they re-drew the lines and redesigned them for almost 15 minutes.
The surgery went ahead and I was really sad
. In my previous surgery, I was almost under general anesthesia and was conscious for only the last 30 minutes of the surgery. There was no such thing as opening or closing my eyes (but the strange thing is that when I consulted for the reoperation at another plastic surgery clinic, they said the lines were fine, but my eye structure was the problem... This is Gangnam Team Plastic Surgery).
Anyway, I kept closing and opening my eyes throughout the surgery, and I got six more shots in the middle of the local anesthesia^^
It felt like they were really meticulous. If
the lines weren't right, they would correct them again, but honestly, when I had the surgery, it would hurt, so I just Even if my eyes are crossed, I hope it just gets over with.. This is it. And
then at the end, when they were doing the final stitching, they sewed it so meticulously, stitch by stitch, hahaha ㅠ I seriously thought I would die, it hurt
so much hahaha Please stop being so meticulous ㅠ
Then the surgery was done, and on the first day, I felt like it went well. When
I went home, my little sister said her eyes had gotten bigger.
But the doctor wasn't kind or anything, he just checked on my post-surgery progress and that was it. He didn't say any human comforting or reassuring things like "It went well." (It was the same before the surgery. He felt like a machine that fixes the double eyelid line. If I were to compare it to a company, it'd be like a professional team leader who doesn't engage in office politics and just works hard to get promoted.)
Instead, the nurse in charge of the aftercare was really kind, friendly, and sweet.
The reason I didn't like the double eyelid surgery on Barbitok was because people usually go there for natural adhesion or natural results,
and I was one of those people, but they tried to take out as much as possible from my eyes by doing a complete incision, eye correction, and candidiasis.
Today is the second day and my eyes are really swollen, so I went to check the progress and get a dressing.
The doctor just told me to reduce the swelling a lot,
but when I was getting the dressing done by the nurse, she said, "Do I need to put on ointment or something?" and she
said that she has a lot of pride and if she thinks something is strange, she might say let's reattach it first,
or if she needs ointment or something, she'll just tell me.
If there was nothing special, he said that he was satisfied and that the surgery went well. ㅋㅋ
If you expect a little more care and things like that, it might not work out,
but since he's had several surgeries and this is the case, I think it'll be fine if they just do a good job with the surgery
. (This is my first time getting surgery at a large hospital like this..)
There's some blood coming out of my eye right now (after patching the gap in the back)
My double eyelids are bruised and stuff, but that's all to be expected, so I think I can just quietly wait for the swelling to go down for a week without worrying too much. I guess it's
because it's my first time, so I'm indifferent to the swelling...
Anyway, I'm leaving a review because this sergeant's surgery was impressive...
If you're like me and wondering which sergeant to get your double eyelid surgery from...
