 I've had double eyelid surgery twice. The first time was when I was 20, and it was done at the same time as the front incision, so the line was just a natural line. However, since I didn't do the back incision, my eyes looked upturned, so I wanted to lower the tail of my eyes and have a puppy-like appearance, so I did the back incision separately. The result was so good that I got the impression I wanted, but when I did the back incision, the double eyelid line didn't go all the way to the back and it was weak, so it undid itself, so I went back to the hospital where I did the back incision, got a discount, and had double eyelid surgery again.
