It's really, really natural. It's an incision, but when you close your eyes, you can't see the incision line, so no one will know that the surgery was done, and even if they know, they know it's buried.
However, the line is a bit narrow, probably because you didn't hold the left end tightly, so it gets caught, but no one will notice when they see it, so I'm living well.
