Has anyone tried removing milia after double-handed?

hello.~! It's been about 3 weeks since I had the incision, and I have milia along the line (I also had epicanthoplasty, but I also had epicanthoplasty.) Will it swell or turn red again after the milia are removed? Also, does it take time to get anywhere?ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

When milia are removed, they do not swell but become slightly red.

I had milia in my epicanthoplasty, and I applied that ointment every day. It's been about 2 months now, and it suddenly went away.

I also had milia, so I had them removed, and it was red for about 3 days, but I applied ointment and it got better after that.
