First of all, my nickname since I was a teenager was Panda... I had really bad dark circles under my eyes.
When I was young, I couldn’t get my dark circles fixed because my parents didn’t give me money, but I saved up money while working and was able to get surgery for my dark circles~
First, I had sunken areas under my eyes, and when I smiled, a little fat was visible, so I got fat removal and fat grafting under my eyes~
I thought it would be a simple surgery, so I went in without thinking much, but it was more painful than I thought.ㅜ
The swelling and bruising on the day of the surgery were not visible, maybe because of the tape.
After the anesthesia wore off, I just felt a throbbing sensation. I didn’t feel bloated on the day of the surgery~
The next day, the area under my eyes where I got fat grafting was fine, but my thighs hurt because of the fat injection. They took the fat from my thighs.ㅜ
It was bearable except for the pain when I lowered my head and my thighs. My thighs seemed a little swollen because of the fat grafting ㅎㅎ
Oh, and after the surgery, the director said that the swelling would peak for 3 days, and he was right..ㅜ It was really swollen on the 3rd day..;;;;
Judging from the slight yellow bruise visible under the tape on the 3rd day, it seemed like the bruise was getting bigger, and my face was already swollen, so it felt like it was going to burst a little because of the tape..ㅜ
My face was so swollen that I was worried and the pain was a bit bad, so I thought I should keep it cold to survive a little, so I kept applying cold compresses! It was like I lived with a cold compress attached to my face.
I heard that moving around a little would help the swelling go down faster, so I walked for an hour every night.
Maybe that's why my face didn't feel like it was going to burst the day after the surgery anymore.^^
I'm currently on my 2nd week after the dark circle surgery, and the swelling has really gone down a lot compared to before.
First of all, I'm relieved that the shape of my eyes seems to be gradually returning to how it was before.
I don't know if it was because of the swelling, but my bangs in front of my eyes looked a bit fierce... Anyway, that fierce feeling has completely disappeared and it's gradually returning to its old appearance~
I asked her about the swelling, and she said I have more swelling and bruising than other people...ㅜ But she said it varies from person to person~ I think I just need to wait a little longer...ㅜㅎ
Anyway, the panda-like feeling under my eyes has also gotten better. Before, it looked a bit hollow because I didn't have any fat, but now I definitely feel like I've gained some fat.
I'm satisfied with how I look now because I see an improvement from before, and I have to go for a fat grafting retouch later, but I don't think I'm ready to go yet.
