After being buried.. When can I go to the bathroom?? please!!! Please chop it up

I tried pulling out the buried thread and letting it go. Today is the 4th day since I did it... I started washing my face yesterday, but when can I go to the bathroom?? I'm planning to go tomorrow, but my friend said that steaming helps reduce swelling.
