I don't think 3 days is the time to say this and that; Even the flesh on top will fall out over time.

원래 수술후 3-4일째가 젤루 마니 부어요...그뒤론 점점 빠지니깐 맘편히 가지세요^^ 냉찜질 마니 해주시구요
