I went to the hospital really well when it was loosened. There is no scar at all in the area where it was loosened (from the first day to a week, there was no swelling and no visible marks... seriously).
If you are thinking about loosening it, it may vary depending on the surgery method, but I recommend that you just loosen it quickly!!
