<수술 전><수술직후><수술직후(눈찜질)><고1><고3(멀리서 찍은 걸 자른거라 약간 흐리멍텅하게 나옴)>I had the surgery in January when I was going up from 3rd grade to 1st grade.
I went to 1mm through an acquaintance and made a reservation right away after getting a consultation. It
was annoying and I didn't know much, so I just did it right there.
The wait was long and the director was busy, so I only saw him for about 30 minutes during the consultation. Since it was COVID, I was wearing a mask, and he just looked at my eyes...? Without looking at the whole thing...? So I was like, "Huh?"
I've heard a lot that my eyes are bulging and that I look like I'm glaring at someone, so I wanted to get it done naturally. My eyelids are thin and my eyes are double when I open them wide, so I did natural adhesion. (It seems like my eyes were born to have natural adhesion.) And he recommended epicanthoplasty and eye correction, so I did them together.
What's special about this place is that there's no double eyelid line, and you sit on the operating table and draw the line you want, and they mark it and do it that way. (They keep telling me to stay still because I can't blink. Haha) I almost got it done with an inner double eyelid, and the result turned out just as I wanted. I don't know if there was a big change in the epicanthoplasty, but I think they did it according to my eyes. (I think it was almost double eyelid surgery, so the epicanthoplasty wasn't that much.) (The reason I got it double eyelid surgery was because my nose is big, my facial features are distinct, and I didn't want it to look sharp, and I also didn't want my image to change too much.)
Then, about a week later, I went to get the stitches removed. It really hurt when they took out the epicanthoplasty. I only met the director during consultations and right before the surgery.
The swelling went down quickly, and even after I entered school, the kids didn't even think I had double eyelid surgery. So I just lived naturally, and I often heard that my eyes were pretty.
There were a lot of kids around me who had double eyelid surgery, but they all had thick ones...? If you look closely at the kids who had incisions, you can definitely tell even after time has passed.
I recommend 1mm when you want to look natural as a student or correct your eye complex. Since this is my first and last plastic surgery hospital, I can't compare, but I'm satisfied with the results. (It seems like a lot of people come by word of mouth) (But I just found out there's no CCTV, so it's a bit shocking lol..)
The feeling that it will go away if you get double eyelid surgery and eyelid correction at the same time is almost zero.
[One-line review] Resolving complex while maintaining image and hearing that I have pretty eyes
++ My mom also had second eye surgery and lower jaw surgery at the same time, and it turned out very natural. (Almost all the people around me didn't know that I had eye surgery and just said I looked prettier lol)
Why am I writing this now??? It's because I'm planning to get rhinoplasty consultation at another hospital!!! Hahaha!!!
