I originally had double eyelids on my big eyes,
but in the photo, my left eye was a double eyelid, so it was an even eye.

I wanted to fix them, so I got double eyelid surgery.
I fixed the middle height of the two double eyelid lines on my
left
slightly raised the height on the right side of the photo based on that height.
After:
The major swelling has all gone down, but there is some residual swelling.
I did a semi-out on my eyes, keeping the existing front line.
(They said there would be more swelling on the right side because of bleeding during the surgery, but it is still a bit more swollen.)
