10th day of chest training

The swelling and bruising were the worst on the 6th day?! (It's been a lot of swelling to begin with) It's been about 10 days now, and it's still swollen. I'm waiting, thinking that time will pass. + I tried to breathe in my thighs, but the swelling made them thicker than before. I'm also waiting for time to pass.
