Of course, you can do it right away (except on the day of surgery), but there are also inconveniences. I'm sure it would be better to keep that in mind and set aside a week to rest at home. Another thing that was inconvenient was that I had to be careful when lying down... I was afraid I might sleep on my stomach. But I'm a bit polarized, so I was careful to sit down from the 3rd day. I washed my hair. However, it's not good to bend too much, so I recommend going to a hair salon. I'm a bit embarrassed(?) about my breasts, so I washed them myself.
