Breast fat grafting two months later review

Two-month review (54th day) Let's compare the sizes before and after the surgery. Before surgery (morning of surgery) : 60.0kg Chest: Bottom 79cm / Top 87cm Belly: 78cm After surgery (two months later) Weight: 60.1kg Chest: Bottom 74cm / Top 88cm Belly: 71cm The actual upper chest circumference didn't increase much, but since I didn't have an upper chest, I can definitely see it getting bigger. And since the swelling went down and my waist size went down, I think it makes my chest look bigger! I had the surgery because I wanted bigger breasts rather than liposuction, but I think I'm actually seeing the effects of liposuction more clearly. For a month after the surgery, I ate and rested a lot because of the implants, but I gained more than 2kg, and it's been 10 days since I started dieting. I'm dieting because I'm worried that the chest fat I worked so hard to put in will disappear, but I don't think there's much of a difference yet. Originally, I was only planning to do the first one, but after experiencing the size of the swelling right after the surgery, I became greedy as my breasts got smaller as the swelling went down, so I'm thinking about doing a second one. If I do get a second one, I'll come back with another review!
