it has been exactly 1 year and 6 months since I had surgery.
I am embarrassed to say about my
decision to
have surgery , but I am short. No,
the overall proportions were okay, but
the shape of my breasts was not pretty, like a deflated balloon, so
I absolutely hated showing my body to others. I
didn't go to public bathrooms, I
didn't show it to my mom, and I
didn't want to show it to my boyfriend, but I had no choice
but to go to bed. They told me to turn off all the lights and not look at them.
Because of this, I was extremely stressed out, so
I started losing a lot of my hair.
My mom noticed and seriously said... I
was tempted to ask
for fat grafting or breast surgery, so
I looked into it right away . At first, I only knew about fat grafting. I watched it
, but after seeing several reviews on fat grafting on YouTube, I got scared and gave up.
The fat grafting itself wasn't done once, but
at least twice, and I
didn't think it was a treatment method that was suitable for me because I
didn't have a lot of fat on my body . From this point on, I started looking for a hospital for implant surgery
. I was very confused at first
because my knowledge base was zero.
This hospital and this hospital all seemed good and
I found a hospital I liked, so I thought about making an appointment but was scared. But
after the surgery, I think I know a little bit.
The standards are the same for everyone. It can't be
done. I think I'm right, and I need to find a hospital that's right for me.
This is the right standard.
Just looking here, there are a lot of people who consider after-care to be important, but
since I thought a good surgery was more important than after-care, I was
known for being good at surgery (or not). I went to a hospital with a director with a long history
and consulted with him.
The directors who have been in this field for a long time have the following characteristics
: 1. They are not friendly
2. They only give surgical diagnoses
3. If you make a strange sound, they block you. If you
give an example of a strange sound,
the doctor: Let's put 300cc in.
Me: I don't like it, please put it in bigger size. The
reason for blocking this
is that the doctors who have done breast surgery for a long time are
already well-versed in creating their own breast shapes, but if
the patient says they don't like it, they block it mercilessly. There
are even cases where they say they won't perform the surgery itself. Yes,
on the other hand, new hospitals and young directors
are based on kindness.
Why? We need to hire at least one more person, but the hospital will get bigger, so
the directors who are already struggling with breast surgery
don't have to force them to do just one surgery.
Even in my case,
there was a big difference starting from the consultation between
a young director and a middle-aged director with a lot of experience. That may be true, but I feel like the second director's consultation is better for me.
Once again, this is a personal difference, so
I need the director to be kind first!

As I said before, surgical skills were more important to me than after-care.
But surprisingly, famous hospitals that only do breast surgery have good after-care. I
can only find one place that didn't have it,
so the director has high experience / good after-care. I decided on two hospitals that I had/trusted
and dug through their reviews.
I looked for not only good reviews but also bad reviews.
That way, I could find out about the shortcomings of this hospital that I had not seen before. I
ended up having breast surgery at the place I finally decided on.
The day of surgery was I went alone and
there were a lot of people asking me if I should be hospitalized or take a guardian with
me , but by my standards it wasn't necessary at all.
I could easily go home on my own (except for people who live in rural areas).
Pain
for a week - It was similar to chest pain during menstruation, and sometimes I would move my upper body a lot without realizing it. One month of
feeling shocked and awkward due to the enlarged breast size
- It didn't hurt, I just hoped the swelling would go down quickly, I lifted my breasts every day to check for scars . Three months - In the meantime, I received a variety of treatments at the hospital including Caps, high frequency, laser, scar care, etc. I met the director every time I went.
Six months into self-checking the feel of my breasts by touching them
whenever I have time - Unlike in the past when I couldn't grab anything, my breasts were in my grasp, I was thrilled ^^ I received laser treatment because of the feel of the breasts.
Also, meeting the director and follow-up care are planned step by step for up to one year, but now going to the hospital is getting more and more tiresome...
First year - I became close friends with the director, and met the director again in between (at this level, I met more often than my college friends).
They said that scars would be checked and continued after a year if more care was needed, but mine was barely visible. The director personally
performed a breast ultrasound examination, no abnormalities.
After one year - I was told that I could come to the hospital at any time if I felt the need for another ultrasound examination later. They said it would be possible to cover the actual cost,
but if you are curious about what kind of after-care you will receive for a year,
please check the hospital website... There are so many that it is difficult to write them all down.
Anyway, it has been 1 year and 6 months since the surgery and there have been no problems
so far,
so I don't have to go to the hospital again. The biggest change after the surgery is that my confidence has increased significantly, and
I no longer worry about what my boyfriend will think when he sees my breasts. Even
if people point at me saying that I have breasts, I think it's okay as long as it's good for
me. My mom also feels proud of herself every time I wear tight clothes
. When I looked at it, it became so long that it hurt my eyes;;
To sum it up , I wish people would create their own standards for choosing
a hospital rather than choosing a hospital based on other people's standards.
Doctor skills are important to me, but I also want to receive excellent follow-up care!

It is impossible to find a hospital that is 100% suitable for everyone.
I want to find a hospital that is suitable for each person.
