It's my 3rd month using Motiva. How is it?

My ribcage is small and thin, so I couldn't put in a big size, so I put in 300 on the right and 285 on the left with Motiva Demi. I took off my correction bra after a month and am now wearing a C cup sports bra! Also, I kept wearing the goal pad because it was too tight, but now I took it off. Is the goal pad natural? I'm thin and have thin skin, so I chose Motiva with a high filling rate, but I think it's because the implant is so firm that it's not very soft yet. If I wait, it'll be okay, right?! Haha.
