I did Motiva, but I didn't feel the texture of the implant and it was hard, so I didn't have to worry. The hospital gave me extra caps, and I tried hard without using much of my pectoral muscles, but I didn't make much progress, so I was depressed... Now that it's been 4 months, I'm a bit soft. I guess I just didn't have a good life style, now I feel a little better
