On the first day,
the pain
was a little
severe. I couldn't get up after lying down.
On the second day,
there
was some
pain. There was slight swelling. I could lie down to some extent . On the third
day , the swelling
was at its peak
. It was difficult to breathe.
The first week,
it suddenly became
lighter. The swelling around the swelling was still there, but it was bruising a lot.
Is it because I got used to the feeling of tightness and heaviness? The swelling
has changed so much. Let's just
keep going like this. On the
9th day, I feel better.
On the 10th day, I feel better.
The bruises are so
different in about 4 days. A lot of them have gone down. There
is still swelling, but both sides are winning
. I'm a little worried about the bulge, but I'm satisfied.
On the 11th day
, the shaper bra and upper band suddenly became more comfortable and I got used to it. Does
this make sense? Yesterday was really hard,
but if I didn't wear it, I'd feel anxious and sad.
Before that, I was so uncomfortable that I could hardly eat, so I lived. I was losing weight ㄷ0 From that day on, I suddenly ate my rice,
and after lying down for the first time, I got hungry and got up to eat a late-night snack.
As expected, humans are in the process of adapting.. It's scary.
There was a moment when I regretted it because it was uncomfortable and cumbersome for the first 2 weeks, but
from the moment the 3rd week hit, it was just so comfortable.
