After taking Tylenol, it got better. On the 4th to 7th day, there was pain when I did any movement that used my chest muscles, but it was bearable. After a week, there was no major problem with daily life. 2nd week, the stiffness seemed to ease up. 3rd week, no pain yet. The upper chest is severely convex and the breasts are not gathered well. Week 4. The upper breasts still feel hard and the lower breasts have become much softer.
