Men's Oh 300 Left 375
Hello friends?
I said I would be back, but I brought you a review of my second week.
Let me summarize the changes so far.
-The swelling in the lower part and the size of the areola have returned
. -The sensation in the right breast, which had been dull, has begun to return
. -The swelling in the lower abdomen remains slightly. Weight decreased from 4kg increase to 1kg increase
- Shortness of breath, stiffness, pressure, etc. completely disappeared. When I first wake up in the morning, there is a slight feeling of pressure and stiffness
- The scar area starts to itch and the remaining scabs have fallen off
- The bruises on the ribs have completely disappeared
- The upper swelling is still large, but it has gone down a lot overall, so the Solve sub size has been reduced from 75F to 75E. ..
Even though it’s only the 2nd week, they say I have a quick recovery. A lot has changed haha. My chest is also softer on the lower part.. I
'm not saying this to encourage
the feeling of my breasts , but I used to exercise and lift weights 4 times a week.
Because of my stomach swelling, I did cardio for 1 hour each using My Mountain, Stairway to Heaven, and sitting cycle from the 3rd to 7th day.
From day 8... I started using the lower body machine.
Of course, I used about 3/2 the weight than before, paid attention to lower body isolation,
and continued to stretch my upper body as long as it wasn't until Manse. The director said that gently releasing the pain until you feel it will actually help with recovery even if it's stiff,
so of course I didn't get permission from the director to use the weight machine, so I did it as I wanted... I exercise because I have a compulsive obsession, but I
have many friends who have surgery, so in my case, Let's share it.
Anyway, it went through safely without any inflammation or other difficulties, and the shape of my breasts didn't deform. It's
just my opinion, but I feel like the swelling, sagging, and recovery are a bit faster because of the exercise.
Haha,
but I hope no one overdoes it after me.
I'll come back in the first month. ~
Cheer up, everyone!
