The consultation was that when consulting at another hospital, she said that she had a slight feeling of pectus excavatum, but that it was not a pectus excavatum, but a normal rib cage, and that since there was asymmetrical volume on the left and right, different sizes of implants would be used on both sides during surgery.
She said that she would use a tool called a sizer during surgery to do a more detailed surgery.
During the ultrasound examination, her pectoralis major muscle was developed and she said that she usually exercises, so
she recommended the subfascial method due to the possibility of animation.
In addition, since
she had floating
breasts near her armpit, they would remove them together during surgery to make the sternum shape natural. I decided to do a hybrid with
sternum grafting.
The incision was under the armpit, and since there were no other special circumstances,
the surgery was possible.
First of all, I was told that the recovery would be fast and it wouldn’t be too painful, so I set a date and made a reservation right away.
I visited the internal medicine department for a physical examination and submitted the preoperative tests (blood test, x-ray) separately, and the electrocardiogram test was possible at the main office
. I arrived at 11 on the day of the surgery and consulted with the director. I decided to only do anti-floater suction, but I decided to do the thighs as well while I was at it.
The design was started and they were very thorough. It really felt like drawing on a piece of paper ㅋㅋ
Lastly, they asked if I had any questions, so I asked if they could make it a little bigger. I did, and they increased it by 20cc!! ㅋㅋㅋ (very satisfied)
The surgery started at 12:30. The operating room felt clean and with the anesthesiologist always present and the CCTV showing it in real time, it seemed to be the best in terms of trust and cleanliness.
Everything was completed by the director's hands from A to Z.
He said the surgery went well and that my thigh line would be pretty in 2 months.
The pain was bearable except for the slight pain in my left chest.
I thought I won the painless jackpot.
I was discharged from the recovery room after about 2 hours and went home with medicine and a ride home.
Day 1: It didn't hurt as much as I thought so I lay down and slept but when I woke up, I think I knew what that feeling of my chest falling off was like ㅋㅋㅋㅋ My upper chest felt really pressed down and sore?? It was
really firm to the touch and I can't imagine the shape of my chest because of the taping.
Did it get bigger? My upper chest isn't adjusted.
The hospital told me to do stretching, but it hurts so much ㅋㅋ Chest muscle pain
Day 2: I went to the hospital, took off the taping, and the director checked my progress. I wore corrective underwear and received hyperbaric oxygen therapy and radiofrequency management.
The next progress is on the 7th day. They removed the liposuction stitches and told me to come back for breast management.
It's been 5 days and I still have some stiffness and muscle pain, but my upper chest is still a bit bulgy. I'm satisfied with the size.
It's not that big, but it feels good in balance with my body.
But I have to go to work next week. Does everyone just put on a patch and go?? I really can't adjust ㅜㅜㅜ
