'm 171 cm tall and weigh 60 in the early 60s. My
ribcage is on the wide side, and
I used Motiva 300/320, which makes
a full C cup.
1. The feel
is like having a water balloon in it (not hard at all). It could be my body type or my expectations are just too high. The hospital said this is good, but I'm not sure;; I think it's true that surgery can't give you the feel of real breasts, so it's probably best not to have high expectations

My breasts were a bit hopeless, with a splayed, uneven, slightly bird-shaped chest and my nipples not even level. Instead of adjusting the nipple position horizontally with surgery, the height of the breast line is different (the hospital explained this part in great detail and said that if you are concerned about the height, they will do surgery to adjust the breast line, but I don't want a scar, so I just didn't do it) The gaping part looks less wide because I added volume, but it's still wide... If you put it together with a push-up bra, you can see the sternum and it's pretty. But if you wear a padded bra, your breasts get really swollen and tired (is it because the implants are pressurized?)
People with small breasts will know whether my breasts are uneven or not. Since I don't have much flesh, it's hard to tell. The director said that it's uneven, so I trusted them and had them put in different-sized implants.
When I lay down, my breast surgery is obvious, but I guess that
can't be helped. But it 's much better than not having it, so I'm satisfied.
3. Hospital review
Since I live in the countryside and can't go to Seoul often, I looked for a place that does thorough aftercare and finishes it with one surgery. But I had to visit the hospital a lot after the surgery. I think I paid around 940 in cash. I didn't regret it because I bought the relief with money. The owner was a bit older. I think it was a good thing I did it before my hands started shaking. The counselors weren't that friendly, but the nurses were. Since there were a lot of patients, I saw the director for almost 5 seconds.
4. Surgery review
The director was very friendly,
so I just trusted him. I think he did a good job. The scar is just like an armpit wrinkle. And it wasn't so painful that I would die. I just had to suffer for about 5 days. There was a reviewer who said that he couldn't wipe his body because he couldn't reach his arm to do it. Hmm... that's right. You can't use your arm as you want. But you can use the bidet. The
director said that there was almost no blood loss during the surgery, so there wouldn't be a blood bag, but when the anesthesia wore off, there was a blood bag. It really stung and hurt when the tube connected to the blood bag was removed. As a result, I am satisfied because there were no problems due to the surgery.
4. In addition,
I completely agree with what someone below said about how it looks the same whether you wear a bra or not after the surgery. Since there is already a padded bra inside my body, I don't wear underwear often. But the hospital told me to wear
it because it can sag. As for clothes, I end up wearing tight clothes. I gained chest fat, but since I already have
a lot of belly fat, I don't want something that is tight, but something that only sticks to my chest; my chest was originally wide open, so even if I wear something that is low-cut, it doesn't look that sexy because there is no cleavage.
Since my chest gained volume, when I take it off completely, my arms and waist look thinner. But there is no one I can show my completely naked body to, and I am the only one who judges it based on what I saw, so it is not objective (tears).
