I came in for a radio frequency today, and the nurse looked at the upper band mark and told me that I had to put it all the way up to the armpit, not just above the nipple, just below the collarbone. Ha~~~ It was a waste to do it until my nuclear power plant ㅠㅠ
For those who didn't know, please refer to it~
Early next month, I would take off my correction bra, but I hope I didn't see the upper convex back then~!
I was told to loosen the upper band, so it came down almost on the back and the front was on the side of the armpit. lol

I didn't say it wasn't tight, but even if the band overlaps due to the armpit, they told me to put it on.
I'm going to see it around the beginning of May, so I hope it settles down nicely until then ^^
