It’s been a really long time, right? In 2004, I added 270 cc of saline solution and it went from almost A- to a big B.I heard that it needs to be changed once every 10 years, so I was worried about getting a new one, but they said there is no need to get a new one if there are no problems with your breasts.It's a bit inconvenient because I have to take more pictures than others during breast cancer screening, but it's still worth it.To be honest, 10 years have passed and it has become much more natural these days.I hope it lasts for over 20 years without any problems.

During the re-operation, I did not gain weight for a long time and lost skin elasticity, so I increased the size. I had a double plane bottom line incision. The two sides are not symmetrical and the scar is depressed and really annoying. I made the room on the left breast wider so the implant slides over the breast and I feel a sense of foreign body every time it moves. I don't know how to avoid another problem by having another surgery. No, I'm over 50 and I'm scared of having to undergo general anesthesia again. I'm at a loss as to what to do.
