Before getting breast surgery , I was really worried
about the recovery period
.. but I recovered faster than I thought! I was scared before the surgery and I didn't think I needed to be, so
I wrote it down in advance at the beginning.. I was really scared
and used up 5 days of vacation instead of 3 and rested for almost a week,
but I don't think I needed to.
This also depends on the incision site, but
I got it done at Glam! I don't have much stamina to begin with
, and it was only a little hard to get up and do things
(that's why everyone tells me to buy a zero gravity chair triangle cushion),
but everything else was fine. I also had a huge appetite and
ate
a lot while I was resting because I had surgery(?)

I was shocked when I saw that my stomach was swollen or my belly fat was sticking out
.. but it's all gone back to normal now and I
'm loosening up by stretching and doing light aerobics!
The texture is still firm and heavy because the swelling hasn't gone down yet, but
I think time will solve it, so I'm going to wait for 3 months.
Most of the reviews
after the Motiva surgery say that it felt a bit heavy and stuffy
that went away later, so I'm also holding on lol. And the hospital I had the surgery at gave me a specially made
corrective bra,
and they said it would gather
things together more than the existing corrective bra. Maybe that's why my breasts don't flow outward and
are gathered inward..?!
I'm still wearing it, but

According to the director, the existing one was a bit narrow at the shoulders and
lacked the gathering function, but this one was developed to complement that, so

they put it in and
that the shoulder area was made wider, so it was more comfortable than the old one
. Maybe that's why I didn't feel particularly...

mine doesn't have anything in the middle!
So it feels like it gathers better? That's what I liked.. I

But I still want to take off the corrective bra ㅋㅎ When I go to check the progress after 1 month,
the hospital will probably tell me whether I should wear it more or take it off, but
I have to pray> <...
Oh, and those who divide the female and male directors into female and male directors!!
Don't do that and just look at their careers..
I'm not saying this because I got it from a male director, but I'm
saying that you shouldn't go to a female director with less experience just because of your gender..
I think it's right to look at both career and surgical skills in plastic surgery
