A cup -> D cup fixation, about body management after surgery

Hello, regular people~ I have a very extremely skinny body type and I didn't have any assets in my chest, so I lived my whole life as an AA cup... But since I have a job where I'm visible, I'm so stressed out. Isn't the dissatisfaction I feel about my body
