Oh, I wrote a long post, but it disappeared.
It was so long that I couldn't register and it said I didn't have permission and
asked me to log in again.
Fortunately, I took a screenshot in case the post got deleted, but
this is already the third time I'm typing the same post. ㅠㅠ
I'll just post it briefly several times. Woohoo.
1. Reason for breast surgery
I originally had very small breasts, so even an A-cup would have a lot of room,
and when I woke up, the bottom of my bra would be up.
When I happened to go to a jjimjilbang or a public bathhouse, my breasts were even bigger than mine.
I was busy covering them up with a towel. TT
My mom was so upset that I had to get breast surgery. -_-
My mom is a bit liberal.
She threatened me that I wouldn't be able to get married if I kept doing this.
About a month ago, I had a dream that my breasts were fuller,
so I became interested in breast surgery, which I had been ignoring.
2. Getting information on breast surgery
This was my first time getting plastic surgery in my life, and
since I didn't know anything about it, I asked a coworker.
My coworker also really wanted to get breast surgery.
In the end, she got the momentum because of me and did it right away. Haha
Anyway, my coworker
recommended a hospital that does breast surgery pretty well, and I went to get a consultation.
Oh, but I had no knowledge of breast surgery, so
I was a bit anxious because the surgery method and size were decided after the consultation. I didn’t know anything about breast surgery, so I felt a bit uneasy. I didn’t want to entrust my breasts to someone I didn’t know anything about;
so I joined the Seongyesa website that my coworker told me about.
I also joined a few portal site groups, and I got the most information from there.
I studied hard by reading articles and looking at photos. ^^
3. Choosing a breast surgery method
1) Areola incision. I wanted the scar not to be visible.
The person who wrote the article below seems to have had it done at the same hospital as me.
I also had the areola incision method.
2) Cohesive gel I
also thought about the gel material.
The hospital I had my first consultation with recommended texture, and
the hospital I had my second consultation with and had the surgery at recommended smooth.
I wanted to have soft breasts by getting a lot of massage, so I decided on smooth.
I went with soft Allergan Natrelle.
3)
I didn't think about inserting the implant under the fascia because they say it takes longer to recover under the muscle. They say that
if you insert it right under the breast tissue, it will look pretty and natural right after the surgery, but for
people like me who don't have breast fat,
it will show signs of the surgery and there is a possibility that it will sag over time. (Breast ptosis?)
I stayed up all night searching Naver and saw it in a thesis or academic journal article. For that reason,
I decided to insert it under the fascia because it has
the pros and cons of under the muscle and under the breast tissue . 4)
I tried to find a hospital that pursues naturalness, as is the case with all
natural sizes and shapes . When I went for the consultation
, I thought it would be nice to have 234cc
so that it wouldn't be noticeable because my rib cage? My chest is small, and I'm about 155cm tall and weigh 47, 48kg. But
my mom, who went to the consultation, told me to make it fuller since I'm going to do it anyway
-_- so I ended up inserting 265cc. It shouldn't be noticeable..
The director said that the nose cups would be full.
I worried about the size of the nose gel until right before the surgery. 5)
I hesitated because the hospital I went to for my first consultation
with a plastic surgeon was not a plastic surgery specialist.
Here at Sungyesa, there is a website that checks if the surgeon is a plastic surgeon.
Not all plastic surgeons are good at plastic surgery, and
it’s not that specialists in other fields can’t do plastic surgery,
but I thought it would be good if my specialty and experience were combined, so I considered that part as well.
4. Hospital consultation, pre-surgery examination, surgery reservation
I looked at the websites of hospitals that met the above conditions and made a consultation reservation by phone.
I also went to a specialized center to get tested to see if there were any problems with breast surgery.
The examination fee was about 149,000 won. The examination fee was expensive, but
I could afford it
if I checked my body and confirmed that there were no abnormalities and if the surgery went well.
I measured my breast size, looked at pictures on the computer, listened to a detailed explanation of the surgery method,
asked questions, and had a satisfactory consultation.
The director had a good impression, and I trusted him even more
because he tried to be thorough and not touch the nerves of the breast, and
performed the surgery with minimal incisions and bleeding
.
Since I told my company in advance that I would take a vacation,
I made the surgery date without hesitation.
5. Finally,
I fasted after 10 pm the night before the surgery, and even prohibited water.
I didn't shiver and slept well until then, but
I was a bit nervous and shaky on the day of the surgery.
I arrived at around 9:15 am, changed into the clothes the hospital gave me, and went to the bathroom in advance.
The doctor explained the area to be operated on with a pen
and finally decided on 265 cc. He said
it would be a little big compared to my body weight, but it would be a pretty size.
I still wondered if I had it too big. -_-; I
said goodbye to my mom and went into the surgery room. Ta-da~
The two nurses found the blood vessel and injected the anesthetic, and it hurt a little.
But considering my pretty breasts, it was okay. ^^
The blood vessels on my arm are not visible;; TT You worked hard.
Before going under anesthesia, I told the director, "Please make it pretty." ^^
My hand was wrapped in a thin cloth, and he held my hand and
told me not to worry and that he would do a good job with the surgery,
and I felt reassured and warm, and I was a little touched. Wow TT
The anesthesiologist put a mask on me that released anesthetic ingredients.
(But now that I think about it, I got an anesthetic injection and wore an anesthetic mask. Is that how it's supposed to be?)
I took two or three breaths and said, "Uh... I feel a little weird already," and then I lost consciousness. 6.
When I opened my eyes
after the surgery , I was in the recovery room. They said the surgery took a little longer for me.
My mom gave me water and took me to the bathroom.
It helps to have someone next to me.
I was so dizzy and out of it that I lay down for over an hour!
During that time, I watched a rerun of my favorite figure skating match, Yuna Kim, on cable TV!
I wanted to say hello to the director when I left the hospital,
but she was talking to someone before a meeting, so I left without saying anything.
I went to a nearby pharmacy to buy some medicine and some pumpkin juice.
When I got home, I had seaweed soup and rice.
I'm using an ice pack.
Walking or turning my body is not uncomfortable.
The compression bandage is just putting pressure. My mom helps me when I lie down and get up.
Oh, and when I sneeze, the middle of my chest hurts and stings a bit.
Oh, but do you take Sinclair (similar to Accolate) the day after surgery?
Or do you take it after you finish a week's worth of antibiotics?
I forgot what the pharmacy told me -_- Can someone answer this in real time?
Hmm... I have to search for information about what I should do.
I need to sleep, but I can't.
I'm going to take the compression bandage off tomorrow afternoon.
I'll post a review later~!
